~Peanut Butter and Jelly
~Peanut Butter and Banana
~Veggie Wrap
~Cucumber and Cheese
~ Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese and Cucumber
~Turkey with fresh greens

?I hope this helps!!! ?
what about a hot turkey sandwich with your favorite cheese, lettuce, tomato and your choice of dressing.
I love a tomato sandwich with a really ripe tomato and mayonnaise.
i love lettus sandwiches. its just lettus bread and a little mayo, you could put salt and pepper on it. you could toast the bread too.
Tuna or Chicken Salad Sandwich, mix with a little mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper, diced celery and onion. I use water packed tuna or canned white meat chicken for fewer calories.
My favorites are grilled cheese and tomato; peanut butter and bacon on a croissant (although you may not want that if you're watching calories and fat); egg, cheese and tomato; and a Subway-inspired veggie sub (whole wheat roll, lettuce, tomato, spinach, peppers, pickles, olives, and honey mustard).
My husb makes the most wonderful veggie sandwich!!

2 slices grainy bread (toast the bread)
Light mayo
"Spike" seasoning (sold in the spice section)
Alfalfa sprouts
Avocado (sliced)
Tomato

It is my fave sandwich now... I think that he should market it because everyone who tries it loves it.

The "Spike" seasoning is great for lots of other recipes too.

Hope this helps. I wish I was around to share it cuz it sounds yummy today.
toasted cucumber sandwich!
2 pieces of toast, pile with thinly sliced cucumber 'rounds' or lengths if you want a fancy looking sandwich.
splash of white or balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper to taste! great right after it is made...
supper easy/quick not much more for calories/fat then what is in the bread you chose
(I also love peanut butter and dill relish toasted, but i don't think that is quite as healthy)
Toast your bread(medium-ized)
But it mayo, mustard, etc.
Add some lettuce, tomatoes and your fav. Cheese
and BA BAM!!
Grilled cheese and tomato!
Okay...are you ready for this? It's delicious. Take some whole wheat bread, spread it with avocado (sometimes I mash up the avocado or you can just lay it in slices), sprinkle the avocado with a little bit of garlic salt, lay several slices of deli turkey on top of that and top it off with swiss cheese. Add your second piece of bread. Now, take the whole sandwich and put it in the toaster oven until the bread is toasty and the cheese is a little bit melted. Mmmm!!!! Delicious!
