Plz help with Cooking Project!!!!!! Cinnamon Rolls?!?!?!
So...My language arts class finished Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel. Our teacher assigned us a group to work in for a cooking project. We had to choose one of the recipes in the book and choose another recipe outside of the book that is similar to the one we chose. So our group chose Christmas Rolls and we were thinking of making Cinnamon Rolls as the second recipe because they both have a Christmas Theme. We are going to cook on Sunday and have to bring the food Monday morning. (And..I'm not so sure about the terms used in cooking D:
Question:
Can we make the Cinnamon Rolls the day before?...like bake/cook/microwave/etc. the next morning for school?.. I know we can for Christmas Rolls...but in the Cinnamon Roll recipe we hafta knead the dough and such.and sift flour? (I'm not even sure what that really means) So is it possible to make Cinnamon rolls the day before and bring it to school tomorow..um..warm?
I'm hopeless.Help me? Please and Thank You.

you can absolutley make them the day before. just save the frosting for the morning of.
make them sunday night, let them cool, pack them up--you can keep them at room temprature overnight if they are covered, take the frosting to school and warm it up there then drizzle the warm frosting on the buns once you get there.
you sound like you're stressing out! it's all good! this is supposed to be a fun project.
