Anyone can make spaghetti and sauce - well, you boil the water, throw in the pasta, drain it when it tastes done, and microwave some sauce to go over it. Add frozen meatballs to the sauce if you're feeling really enthusiastic.

Fish is a really easy, really healthy choice. I personally like salmon, but any frozen or fresh fish will do.

Just go to the store and buy a salmon steak or fillet - about 3/4 of an inch thick. Put it on a large piece of tinfoil on top of a cookie sheet. Put some seasoning on top of the fish -
- three or four thin slices of lemon and a handful of fresh dill
- ground black pepper and a little orange juice
- minced garlic and shredded green onions
- a couple of tablespoons of maple syrup
- bottled teriyaki sauce
Then fold the tinfoil over the top so it makes a bag shape. You can also make this 'bag' out of kitchen parchment paper.
Put the fish in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. You can check the done-ness by cutting into the centre with a sharp knife.
Serve your fish with a baked potato (throw a washed potato in the microwave for two minutes - presto, baked) and some salad or boiled veg.

Tacos are always a fairly easy choice - you can just buy the kit, and follow the directions. Pizzas are really easy when you buy the pre-made crusts as well.
My kids really love Reuben's
