After you cheesecake has cooled completely, run a knife around the pan, this should loosen it up enough to serve.
just cross your fingers for the best. LOL cant take out the cake now . Just use frosting spatula to softly go around edges when cooled to help loosen it.
You should be ok just run a very thin knife around the edje and it should be ok.
Give me the address and I will come solve the problem in about 45 min. You may want to make another cheese cake so you have some for tomorrow.
I never have had a problem with that and I never grease the sides of my cheesecake pan. I just open the spring form and give it a little wiggle and it pops right off.
Most cheesecakes will actually contract when they have cooled down, which is one of the reasons they can crack after they have come out of the oven. Anyway, the action of the contraction will allow the cheesecake to pull away from the sides of the pan. If this doesn't happen, you should run a thin paring knife VERY carefully between the cake and the pan, and be very careful to not scrape any metal shavings or non-stick coating off of your pan.
Hope this helps!!
well you could aways leave it in the pan and spoon it out
Using a knife around the edges works, but the bottom will still be stuck. There isn't really anything you can do, just be slow and steady. Good luck
