Make him eggs with hot dogs.. thats very good! make bacon on the side and toast. orange juice
make the eggs and hot dogs together. You can season the hot dogs with sazon goya spices, a little Adobo spices and there you have it.
fry the bacon, toast the bread and add butter to the bread.
For a drink, give him some OJ.. then after wards you can clean up the mess... and give him dessert!!! =) (smiles)
Make him an omelette with toast and bacon, or french toast with bacon.
Chorizo Breakfast Burritos
INGREDIENTS

* cooking spray
* 3/4 pound chorizo sausage, casings removed and crumbled
* 1/2 cup chopped red onion
* 1 green chile pepper, seeded and diced
* 4 eggs
* 4 flour tortillas
* 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Generously coat a large frying pan with cooking spray. Cook and stir chorizo over medium high heat until well browned and crumbled. Add onion and chile pepper, and continue cooking until onion is tender.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl, and add to chorizo mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low, and continue cooking and stirring until eggs are scrambled and no longer runny.
3. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds. Spoon mixture into the middle of each tortilla and top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Roll up like a burrito, and enjoy!

Of course, you could modify the ingredients as you like, bell pepper for the chili pepper, add chopped tomatoes, whatever you like!
Ok if you have salsa, you can scramble eggs, add salsa, cooked bacon or sasuage, and potatoes or cooked tatertots if you have them (optional) fold into a tortilla and make a breakfast burrito.

OR

Basic eggs, bacon and sasuage with a side of pancakes.

OR my personal favorite Baked French toast

If you have pancakes i am assuming you have syrup.

Beat 6 eggs in a bowl add 1/2 cup of syrup. Add any or all of the following optional items, Cinnamon, vanilla extract, nuts--walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.

Dip bread in egg mixture and layer in greased baking dish. Press each layer of bread down and create another layer. If any egg mix is leftover, pour on top of layers. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until egg is cooked.

Good luck, it's about 10 minutes to assemble and will make the house smell awesome when he gets there.

Episode: Here Piggy, Piggy

16 link pork sausages
4 to 5 tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 (7 1/2-ounce) package yellow cornbread mix, batter prepared according to package directions
1 cup maple syrup, for serving
Fresh sage, for garnish

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cook sausages in a skillet until done, piercing with a fork to let out fat. Drain and then arrange in a 9-inch square baking dish. Layer sliced apples on top. Pour corn bread batter over all and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until corn bread is done. Serve with warm maple syrup and garnish with sage.

I just saw this episode and I imagine that you could substitute your pancake mix for the cornbread mix. But it look good and with that spicy sausage that you have may just kick it up a knotch. Good Luck.....
Use those in the house.
Serve him: eggs, Mexican sausages, salsa, rice, tortillas.
Unless he wants bacon & pancakes.
& have OJ around or fruit juices, coffees.
