You don't need a grill.

Beef ribs bake beautifully in the oven. I like to use a lidded roaster, well seasoned and then add fave bbq sauce in the last 30 mins to caramalize and brown.

And if you don't mind them not getting really brown, they can be cooked in the crock pot too.. just like pork ribs. Again, use dry rubs or marinades/bbq sauces for flavor.

Braised short ribs are one of my favorite foods.

Simply dredge the ribs in seasoned flour (salt and pepper). Put a little oil in the bottom of a dutch oven. Brown the ribs. Add 1 cup of water (or stock) and let braise. Add more liquid as it cooks away. Keep careful eye on it. Don't cover the meat completely.. you're braising the ribs not boiling them. Cook for 4 hours this way or until falling off the bone. Once done, you can add more water and cook up the nice brown bits in the bottom of the pan and make a very tasty gravy.

Serve over buttered noodles with a salad and green peas.

You can use a pressure cooker instead of a dutch oven to briase the ribs. Follow manufacturer's directions for braising.
PREHEAT OVEN,350, MAKE A SIMPLE SAUCE OF TOMATO SAUCE, GARLIC, ONION,SOY SAUCE 1/2 CUP OF RED WINE , HONEY,RED PEPPER FLAKES, AND A HALF OF CINNAMON STICK TOSS OVER RIBS, COVER AND COOK FOR 4O MINUTESTHE LAST 20 MINUTES UN COVER AND COOK THEY SHOULD BE DONE,NAMASTE
You have got to try this one. Its great. make a marinade using 2 cloves of garlic crushed, add 1/2 cup of soy sauce,1/2 sweet chili sauce, 1 tbs of lemon juice salt and pepper. Rub the marinade all over the ribs. Wrap it in lots of foil just to make sure the juices don't run out. Bake it in the oven for 1 1/2 hours on 180 degrees. It will be so tender and they fall off the bone. If you don't have all the ingredients that I have mentioned then just use the barq sauce instead. Easy so you have time to do lots of other things
