simple omletes :

Ziploc bags storage quart size (must be ziploc brand)
eggs
milk (optional)
Salt and pepper
Ham
Cheese
anything you like on an omlete

put on a pot of water to boil (make sure it is big enough to hold up to 6 omletes)

Write name on Bag
Mix 2 eggs (large and no more than 2) with a splash of milk in the bag.
Add in other ingrediants. Mix well. Seal tightly removing air.

Once the water is at a rolling boil add each bag up to 6 and cook for 14 to 16 minutes.
Carefully remove from water.
Open bag and pour right on to plate a perfect omlete.

Can mix up the night before and cook in the morning. Do all mixing in the Ziploc bag and have minimual mess to clean up.
Breakfast Burritos
Scramble up eggs, put in their favorite breakfast meat(ham, sausage, bacon etc), put egg mixture in tortilla, sprinkle some cheese and roll it up.
Oatmeal topped with fruit.
Pancakes, hashbrowns, waffles, bacon, ham, sausage, biscuits, eggs, eggs and cheese, oatmeal, breakfast burritos,french toast those are basic things good luck

Biscuits and sausage gravy.
Grilled ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches (just fry the egg before making the sandwich).
Eggs in the hole was always a favorite of mine when I was a kid -- simply cut a circle out of a piece of bread -- butter one side -- put in hot skillet butter side down -- crack an egg into the hole - and fry turning once until egg is done to your liking.
a good brakfast is a egg in a basket. if u dont kno what that is it is a egg sunny side up and a peace of toast with a whole in the middle. then after the egg is done just put the bread on a plat then put the egg right in the middle. my kids love them.!!!
