This brownie recipe says add 2 eggs. I don't have eggs. Will it turn out ok if I go ahead and make it no eggs?!

Question: No, bad idea.

Answers: No, bad idea.
If you want sucky brownies.
No, you are baking a cake -like dessert, so you need eggs.
No it wont work ! because you need the eggs to bind it all together .
You could add a tablespoon more oil or applesauce to sub for the eggs. Won't be perfect but it will be better than nothing.
I would suggest that you search for a brownie recipe that requires no eggs. There are two great links here, I think the second one will work for you.. In the "Leap over Web Clutter" section.
NOOO! eggs need to be in it! i thinkm it makes them rise.. idk maybe ... no just USE EGGS
No, it won't work without eggs that is the raising agent... there isn't a substitute.. forget it until you get some eggs...
I've made brownies from mix (Duncan Hines) that call for 2 or 3 eggs (depending on how cake-like you want it) and I leave the eggs out (to make the brownies vegan) and add applesauce instead (about 4 oz). They don't turn out as good as if you make them with eggs, but they're certainly edible and even tasty. The texture is a bit off, though....they're not very strong....I think the eggs help hold it together. But in no way do they fall apart or even taste different.
sorry, you really need the eggs.
There is a reason that eggs are inthe recipe. Wait til you get eggs to make it.
