Answers: Pasta with tomatoes and garlic. Topped with sauteed chicken and onions.
Cheap and good!
a sandwich! or noodles with chicken and cheese!
nice pot of chili
Make a noodle casserole with chicken and cheese
A large pot of homemade white chicken chili and jalapeno cheddar cornbread. It'll feed a crowd for about 10.00.
Either shepherd's pie or fried chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy. Neither cost that much to make, so I'd probably throw in a cake for dessert.
To feed how many ppl? A meal for a family -
Dice a few regular potatoes and place in the bottom of a baking dish. Place thin pork chops, not overlapping, on top of the potatoes. Mix one cup water with one pkg liptons instant onion soup mix. Pour onion mix over chops and potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for one hour.
break/lunch or dinner? and
for how many?
This would make it easier to answer. Otherwise all the
great answers your getting still might not help.
Tacos
Fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn

There are lots of things you can make with $10.
$10 for a meal(especially home cooked) can go a long ways!
You can feed a family of 4, easily.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast...with mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and some green beans(or other veggie).
or, for more simplicity...spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread.
Really, there's a lot of possibilities!
hmmm $10.00 for a meal
I could do a lot with 10.00 how many are you feeding ...do you want left overs? what time of day?
my favorite cheap meal is a soup /stew/chili or swiss steak
but that is for dinner(supper) so not knowing what meal you are seeking these choices could be all wrong
