What's the ideal temperature for storing sushi?!

Question: Sushi should not be stored. If you must store it for short periods of time, you can store it at no more than 38 degrees. but not less than 34. The only reason to store sushi would be to make it ahead for a party or something like that, and I wouldn't make it more than 2 hours ahead of time. If you are planning to display it on a buffet or something, make sure you arrange it on a bed of ice. I don't recommend you store it for any great length of time though.

Bad sushi should be stored at room temperature, in the garbage can.

Great sushi should be stored in your intestines, which are about 98.6F.
Ideally sushi is served freshly made and never stored. Storing it for any period of time only degrades the flavor/texture.
Believe it or not most sushi is cooked. Either way, cooked or raw, you can just store it in your refrigerator. You could leave it at room temp for 20 or 30 minutes. If its not eaten by then...pop it back into the chill chest.
Don't store it eat it fresh fresh fresh.
