What can I do with Peanut Satay Sauce?!

Question: It looked great in the store. Should I just mariante it with chicken? Bake it? Stir fry it? What would be a good side dish? I have brown rice but no noodles...

stir fry up a bunch of veggies (I like asparagus with peanut sauce) and some protein (tofu, beef, shrimp, etc) add the sauce, eat with your brown rice

You can use it with grilled chicken skewers and serve with your rice. Or you can use it on steamed veggies.

Marinate it and cook it with the chicken. Rice is nicer with it than noodles. A good side dish might be a beansprout salad.

You can make gado-gado salad with it. It is an indonesian salad.

1) bean sprouts (blanched)
2) toufu (deep fried and cut into quarters)
3) thinly sliced cucumbers (remove the seeds by using a spoon to scoop it out)
4) french beans (cooked in water with a little oil and some salts until soft. Cut into equal length)
4) one hard boiled egg, peel and slice into two.

Add a little water to the peanut satay sauce, stir in a saucepan and pour over the vegetables. Serve.
