Wholemeal,or whole grain bread and biscuits
Whole grain cereals containing bran, oatmeal,barley, cracked wheat, foods made with whole grain flour whole wheat, rye
Wholemeal pasta, and spaghetti, brown rice, or wild rice
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Salads made from a variety of raw vegetables
Baked beans, cooked lentils and split peas,
Nuts, popcorn, seeds, dried fruit

just get a fiber suplement like Metamucil to add to your diet.
buy yourself some psyllium (at health food shops) and add it to any savoury dish .. it's fairly tasteless but can be a bit thick if uncooked .. so remember to add extra water in the cooking .. otherwise a teaspoon on your cereal Will more than compensate for the daily intake of fibre
Bran cereals, prunes, most vegetables and thick, edible skinned fruits (apples, nectarines, etc).
Look at the Nutrition Facts on the packages and aim for 5 or more grams of fiber per serving. Cereals, granola bars-not too much sugar though, some juices are fortified now (again watch sugar) and OF COURSE breads.
