Hot wing recipe?!
Answers: I'm looking for a really really hot wing recipe, if you have a good one let me know.
Buffalo Wings
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup louisiana hot sauce
1 dash pepper, Ground
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 chicken wings
bleu cheese salad dressing
celery
vegetable oil, for frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.
You want just enough oil to cover the wings entirely -- an inch or so deep at least. Combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended.
Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
If the wings are frozen, be sure to defrost and dry them.
Put the wings into a large bowl and sprinkle the flour mixture over them, coating each wing evenly.
Put the wings in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes.
(This will help the breading to stick to the wings when fried.)
Put all the wings into the hot oil and fry them for 10 to 15 minutes or until some parts of the wings begin to turn dark brown.
Remove the wings from the oil to a paper towel to drain.
But don't let them sit too long, because you want to serve the wings hot. Quickly put the wings into a large bowl.
Add the hot sauce and stir, coating all the wings evenly.
You could also use a large plastic container with a lid for this.
Put all the wings inside the container, add the sauce, put on the lid, then shake. Serve with Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
16 chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons Frank's Hot Sauce, or 1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups crumbled Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
1 cup good mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly
Use any deep fried wings, toss in louisianna hot sauce.
ORIENTAL WINGS:
Arrange 3 lbs of wing, split in half, & tips discarded,
in 3 qt shallow baking dish or roasting pan.
Combine 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water,
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
Pour over wing pieces, bake uncovered in 350F oven,
for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning pieces at half-time.
Variation: Use same amount of honey instead of sugar.
For the classic (original) wings you would deep fry the wings (no coating or seasoning if I remember right), then coat with a mixture of butter and Frank's hot sauce. The "normal" strength would be 1/2 butter and 1/2 hot sauce. For really hot wings, substitute Tabasco for the Frank's. For even hotter wings, reduce the butter or increase the Tabasco until you get the heat level you want. For INSANELY hot wings, just substitute one of the "INSANELY" hot sauces for the tabasco.

You can add some hot wings which you've baked just so it's brown and mostly cooked to a mixture of any hot sauce you like and some BBQ sauce then bake them until they are fully cooked then have them with your favortie chips or whatever you like to eat.
