Have you ever eaten SCRAPPLE?!

Question: I had some this morning with eggs. I live in NJ. I always thought it was a southern thing because I don't see it in restaurants in my area. I know most states south of NJ make it. We can buy it in the grocery store here though.

Have you tried it?

I love it, just don't ask what's in it!!!

I had it a couple of times in Philadelphia. I have to admit it was pretty good, but I wasn't happy to hear what it's made of. :(

I totally love scrapple. I moved out of Philly about 10 years ago, and I dream about it sometimes. It's actually a Philly thing, not a southern one. You can find out it's history online.I like mine fried crispy with a little ketchup.

Alliegirl is right, its a Philly thing, but I can get it in Florida. I also love ? it fried crispy and with ketchup on top.
