Let it defrost and then score it. Mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 1 Tsp cinnamon, 1 Tsp nutmeg, and 1 Tsp cloves. Add 1 T dried mustard, or 3 T dijon mustard. Pat on top of ham, pushing down slightly into the scored areas. Bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound and baste with a mixture of brown sugar and pineapple juice. Yum!

this is what my mother does - she pours ginger ale on it and bastes it with the ginger ale. Towards the end - she will rub brown sugar on it!

Put brown sugar, mustard, crushed pineapple, cherries, wrap in foil, and set oven about 350' till it is hot, about an hour if it is a big ham. You can also take a knife and score the top like a checker board and push whole cloves in the corners, then take tooth picks and put the cherries in the center of the squares. This happens after you put the sugar, mustard, and pineapple on it.
Enjoy.

dont freeze em

get the black forrest kind at whole foods

$10 for 2 pounds

mmmmmmmmm

you can slice it and eat it, or fry em a little

I only use a can of Dr pepper to bast the ham because I do not like the taste of cloves.
The pop coats the ham and all the sugars carmelize the ham.
