IT's the toppings that hold the most calories.
reduce or eliminate the guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. Go for Salsa and baked chips. top with lime and cilantro, or olives, jalepenos, and black beans.

Triscuts

low fat wheat thins are my favorite!
also look for tostito's flour tortilla chips or any of the baked corn chip varieties. you can also cut up some tortilla's yourself and crisp em up in the oven!

Low fat nachos ? That quite a contradictory concept considering all the traditional topping are high fat items and the chips being the least high in calories. Would you like a diet coke with that high calorie meal :) ?

poppadom's

baked tortilla chips would cut down on the fat.....but with any type of chip it will still be high in carbohydrates and if you are watching what you eat you still need to watch the carbs....so you have to cut down on how much you eat.

be sure to use low fat cheese and lean meat and very little beans to cut down on the fat and carbs....

Get low fat corn chips such as those new baked pita bread chips (Pitos?).
