How do i cook white tapioca?!


Question: Well i have this bag of white tapioca pearls that i've been trying to cook but it hasnt been working
as of right now the pearls have been in boiling water for about an hour. but they still have some white in the middle. not only that but the clear part is now falling apart.
does anyone know how to fix this problem?
and instead of sugar syrup would maple syrup work to preserve these pearls?

How big is the tapioca pearls that you have? If it is the big type, I really cant tell from here whether it is cooked. Why not pop one into your mouth and try?

Best way to preserve these pearls is to put into the dessert now. When cooking tapioca pearls u need to stir occassionaly to prevent it from sticking together.

You can serve it in cold milk tea if it is the big tapioca pearls

Read the package you must soak the pearls overnight.
