Will this taste good?!


Question: I'm making some grilled chicken breasts on the George Foreman grill, but after they are grilled I wanna pour some cream of mushroom soup on top. Do you think it will taste good? Should I pour it directly on top or mix the soup with water and then pour it on? Or how can I add more taste to the chicken after it is grilled? Thanks!

Season your chicken before you grill it with some grill seasoning. If you don't have this add whatever seasonings you have. I would suggest salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder. If your looking for your soup to be like a gravy I would suggest that you heat it with half a can of milk. If you want to add more flavor add some fresh sauteed mushrooms and onions to it. The soup is salty enough so perhaps a little fresh cracked pepper would do it for seasoning.

It seems a bit odd....if I was doing it I would simmer the chicken breasts in the soup with a bit of milk.....jmo

Probably would taste better to let the Chicken marinate in the cream of mushroom for a couple hours and then cook it.

you should atleast heat the soup first but i think it will taste just fine :)

Oh yeah, it'll taste good. Since you've cooked the chicken, it won't absorb the soup flavor that much.

I recommend grilling about half the time you'd normally grill and then simmer the breasts in the soup until fully cooked. This will allow the chicken to absorb the flavors.

yeah That should be good just be sure to season the chicken first & warm up the soup before you pour it on top

take the label off the soup can and read the recipe. grilling is good cuz it gets crispy, but don't cook all the way thru. about 3/4 way, then put in in a pan with the soup and a little milk until you get the consistancy you want!
don't forget to taste as you go, the flavor will change as you cook!

I think (personally) that this will taste nasty.
I think after you grill it you should bake it with hot sauce on it. Then add some ranch dressing on the side.

IF It were me i would fry or bake the chicken
If i was friing it i would Cook it 3/4 of th eway then add the soup and finish cooking

But if i was baking it i would Add the soup at the beginning

For the grill I would have 2 can of soup 1 t0 marinade it n for a couple of hours and the 2nd 2 put over it like a gravy
so just marinade it put it on the grill then add a 1/2 cup of milk to the 2nd can and pour it over the chicken

All you will get is creamy mushroom soup with chicken. You would be better to get a can of mushrooms, or some fresh mushrooms.

How about a cook book. Silly me.
