Making lasagne?!
Answers: ive got guest coming tonight for tea i am making a lasagne and am expecting them at 6 but have to go out at 5:00 and wont get back until just before 6 if i prepare it now but dont cook it until they get there will it taste ok?
It is absolutely OK to make it ahead, and then cook it later. I would suggest that you add a little extra sauce though, when I have done this, I notice that it soaks up a lot more sauce. So I would say make it with extra sauce and put it in your refrigerator covered. I hope you have a great dinner!
yes u can do that just make sure to refridgerate it and also make sure u cover it with tin foil or something so it wont dry out...
Sure I do that all the time.

Yes, Here's a tip:
Be sure to cook your noodles a little el-dente(undercook). If you don't then the noodles will be real mushy from soaking up the sauce.
Don't be scared, the noodles will finish cooking in the sauce.
