Thats about all he will eat. So maybe you can give me some ideas! haha

try www.kraftfoods.com. they have a lot of simple recipes with common ingredients. you can type in what you have and it will give you a ton of recipes.

How about chicken wrapped in pama-ham (or streaky bacon), with a bit of mozarella cheese between the bacon and chicken? Bake for a good 25 mins or so.

If you're in the UK have you been watching Nigella's fast food series? Might be worth looking up on the BBC website.

Oh and th BBC website has a pretty good recipe section (go to the home page and look to the left for the link to the recipes).

Good luck!

Will he eat tomatoes and lettuce?

Here's a GREAT one that gets us eating more veggies...it's called Fiesta Mexicana Salad.

Bake some chicken breast in the oven.
When that is complete, take equal parts of canned diced tomatoes and refried beans, put in sauce pan and mix. Heat on medium heat - mixing often - so it doesn't burn
Cut up the chicken breast and add to sauce.

On each plate, put lettuce (any kind you like - we like romaine best). Then scoop the mix on top - as much or as little as you like. Then add shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa.

It's very easy, very good, and quite healthy (well depending on how much cheese and sour cream you use).

I would love to hear if you try it - and what you think of it! ^_^

oh my god there are still people that cook out there! here in america all we have is Mcdonalds which i don't like so i'm starving to death.

My son in law only eats meat potatoes and gravy. He wont eat any veg, not even onions. He is a nightmare to feed. However I liquidise all the veg and make him casseroles & stews, and he eats the lot because he doesn't know its there. He was telling his mum that he really liked my cooking so my daughter told him what I do. He was shocked at first but has now decided to eat them as long as he cant see them.
