How do you make the perfect Tuna Sandwich?!
Answers: Buy albacore tuna in oil not water. Put with about 2 Tablespoons of Best Foods Mayo and mash. Add ground pepper, tiny bites of chopped celery and apple. Some people like on sour dough roll or toast but I like on soft white bread with crispy lettuce and some thinly sliced tomato.
Granary bread. Tuna steak in water. Light mayonaise and sweetcorn.

I love mine made with miracle whip, sliced celery bits, salt and pepper mixed in. On whole wheat bread with a bit of lettuce between the tuna and the bread.

Oh boy, everyone has a very different version of tuna salad... I make mine with Light tuna in water drained, diced celery, sweet pickles, dried cherries, and mayo with a little Cinnamon sprinkled in it. Make on a hearty wheat bread. (toasted please!)...
Well, I like my tuna samy with albacore tuna, small bits of celery and a little bit of onion with miracle whip, s&p and of course toast...........mmmmmmmmm...
I make mine from copying what my dad used to do , it's tuna in brine, with a touch of salt , lots of black pepper and 4 splashes of vinegar. Mix it with mayo and I either add tomato or cucumber in a sandwich or have it on toast. Goes down well at home and parties x

Lightly mayo some potato bread. Drain tuna. Mix with grated cheddar, brown mustard, mayo, salt & pepper, and a little creole seasoning ( I use Tony Chacheres )
Make sandwich, top tuna with Fritos regular chips.

Tuna steak - drain/squeeze all the liquid off and bang the contents of the tin into a bowl. Add about a tablespoon of vinegar and a scrunch or six of cracked black pepper. Mix it all up.
Freshly cut Bread, spread with Lurpak Butter. About half to three quarters of an inch thick is perfect for this.
If you want to add mayo and sweetcorn...add about one and a half tablespoons of each and mix it all in again.
Simply spread your chosen mix onto the bread, chop at an angle, smack on a plate, sit down and ENJOY!

Really good bread, preferably from a bakery.
Really good tuna, preferably albacore, in olive oil.
Good black olives, preferably Kalamata, halved.
A few good capers.
Salad leaves - something mild to cut the olives and capers, say lamb's lettuce or just good old iceberg.

Ingredients
4 large slices wholemeal bread
55g/2oz low-fat soft cheese
1 medium eating apple, washed
1 tbsp lemon juice
200g/7oz can tuna in brine, drained
2 spring onions, trimmed and chopped
1 stick celery with leaves, washed, trimmed and chopped
Method
1. Spread the bread with the low-fat soft cheese.
2. Core the apple and chop finely, toss in the lemon juice and mix into the tuna with the spring onions and celery. Pile onto the bread and serve.
