Sliced white potatoes in the can?!

Mmmm... I use those to make my hashbrowns on Saturday mornings. Sometimes I use the diced ones.

I usually use oil, but butter would work too.

Just 1-2 tablespoons. You have to fry them for a while to achieve crispiness!!

I sprinkle mine with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Either oil or butter, or half of each. The butter adds better flavor than the oil. But, be sure to dry the potatoes real well first. Use paper towels for that.

Either but the oil won't burn as easily as the butter. Be sure to drain and pat them spuds dry!

DRAIN POTATOES,PAT DRY,SPRINKLE WITH lAWRY'S SEASONING SALT,OLIVE OIL IN A TEFLON SKILLET,TURN UNTIL BROWN.
