Can you please give me a recipe YOU HAVE USED and like for curried cauliflower?!

Question: Cut a small cauliflower into florets, slightly larger than bite size. Blanch it then brown it lightly in a skillet in either 2 Tbsp. olive oil, ghee, or sweet butter. Add 1 cup yogurt or sour cream and 1 Tbsp. curry powder (or to taste), stirring until well blended over low heat. Serve immediately and enjoy. You can add chopped fresh garlic chives, shallots, or scallions if you like, and if you like a sweeter curry 1 tsp. cardamom.

[edit: Adding steamed carrots, either baby or diced adds a bit of colour and sweet flavour.]

I'm not into overcooking things. As one of my Japanese classmates used to say, "Vegetables should still have their bones."
