Raspberry Souffle...what do you put in the egg whites?!


Question: Do you need to blend anything with the egg whites? Or is it just eggwhites folded in with the raspberry mixture.

Just egg whites whipped to a soft peak.

Don't mess we additives, most things mess with the ability of the whites to hold air.

sugar is usually added about 5 grams per egg white. You could have it plain but sugar balances the tartness of certain fruit like fresh, not frozen, raspberries. Its ok to leave it out if you want.
