Do you use a lo~salt OR just pepper on your food?!

I use too much salt.... I love salt.

neither.

lol---use sea salt b/c regular salt was bleached and all the minerals are taking out that your body needs and sea salt has most of the minerals you need and has not been bleached.

neither...except i NEED pepper on my scrambled eggs.

I use little of both,you can alway's add more salt but you can't take it out.So i play it safe

No - I use sea salt or rock salt

Just pepper, have cut right down on salt, it appears there is too much in most foods already

Lo-salt and pepper and garlic and paprika and chives and ....

Salt is bad for your health so whether low or normal it is best to stay clear of it!!
Pepper is ok but food is much better without

Just Pepper usually

Sea salt in the mill.

Lo-salt to add to boiled potatoes.

Ground white pepper to add to my cabbage.

Whole black peppercorns to grind from the mill goes on everything.

the problem with lo-salt is they don't tell you that its not suitable for everyone. it's potassium chloride rather than sodium chloride which means it may be unsuitable for people with heart or kidney problems and those on certain medications. That aside I rarely use any kind of salt when cooking or on food as I hate the taste

No i use salt all the time - im naughty!

i only add salt if we have chips...once in a blue moon! and then i use lo-salt. I love black pepper its especially good on scrambled egg, cabbage and even on salad. i do put pepper in dishes whilst cooking.

I use pepper most of the time and rarely use salt

We only ever buy Lo Salt then we use very little of it
