Add potatos. They will absorb the salt.

What ingredients did you use? Sometimes, we add too many salty things that add to the saltiness of the juice as it already is. I'd try to cut back on the seasonings you put for next time but for this time, add some more vegetables.. especially potatoes to soak in more of the flavor and you can also add more sauce.

add some water or some broth. and then add some more thickening agent.

pour out some of the juice replace with water and reheat.

I would add potatoes and a can of tomatoes, both would absorb the salt.

instant whipped potatoes, then thin down with either stock and or water

Add a little sugar. Don't worry, it's not going to make your stew sweet tasting.

Add 1/2 stick of butter & 1 tsp of sugar.......Works every time!!

Add some Boiling water and a spoon of brown sugar.

If you want your recipe to be (The recipe) any thing you add will radically alter it. You could make the recipe again with no salt and combine them. And NO potato does NOT absorb salt. Look at all your ingredient labels for salt content even butter A good recipe will also specify low salt or no salt etc. Good Luck.
