1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 dash Salt
1 cup Mushrooms slice
2 dash Pepper
4 medium Chicken breasts skinless/boneless
2 cups Rice cooked/optional
1 can (10 oz) Cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:
Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add chicken and brown both sides, about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add can of cream of mushroom soup (Do not add water). Stir until chicken and mushrooms are well coated. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes (or until chicken is no longer pink), stirring once or twice.

This dish is best served over rice.

You could joint the chicken, then pop into roasting dish and into oven. Cook for about 45 mins In another roasting tin cut up some courgettes, peppers red onions, mushrooms and mix together with salt and pepper, a few herbs like parsley and then add some whole cherry tomatoes sprinkle with some olive oil Pop into oven and roast also. It si delicous

put your chicken in a baking pan then spread melted butter I like to use I can't believe it's not butter, then sprinkle with italian, and seasoning salt put in oven at 350 for about 30min-and hour you will know when it is done my the yummy smells.

marinate it in Italian Dressing

Marinate it in Italian dressing and grill it.

Marinate in 2 cups orange juice, 1tbsp honey, and 1/3 cup Jack Daniels bourbon for about an hour. Grill it slowly over charcoal (ok gas if you have a gas grill). It will come out moist and delicious. The alcohol will burn off and leave a nice smokey flavoring.

For a side dish, yellow rice (Mahatma). For a green dish, open a can of french style green beans (or regular one) and add a cube of chicken boullion (1 cube for each can).

You can do the italian dressing thing but add some soy sauce.

Chicken and Daritos... boil the chicken first, drain the water and mix in a can of cheddar cheese from the soup aisle and ro tel, mix it all together, then put daritos in a pan and pour the chicken and other stuff over it and put more daritos on top then sprinkle cheese on top then bake. It's hella good.... everybody I have ever made it for loves it... maybe it's just a southern thing though.

Stuff the cavity with lemons and garlic and fresh herbs. Rubb the outside with EVOO and sea salt. Then bake it for an hour or so. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad.

Well done!!! don't want to get that samanilia stuff you know...

Cook it in or over something hot. As for the flavor of the chicken, let your mood dictate how. Are you feeling happy, sad, sassy etc.

Then, whatever you decide, serve it with some favre beans and a nice chianti.
