How do I make a pasta with melted cheese? I always see it in places and i dont know how to do it?!

400g fresh tagliatelle
50g South Downs butter
175g dolcelatte cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Cook the pasta.

Just before the pasta is ready, melt the butter in a small saucepan, crumble in the cheese and stir over a gentle heat until it has melted and combined with the butter to make a creamy sauce – do not let it overheat.

Drain the pasta then put it back into the still-warm pan and add the cheese sauce. Grind black pepper over, mix gently and serve.

prepare your pasta and whatever sauce you are using....then using a cake pan, or foil dish, or shallow casserole dish, make it up like you are making up your plate....ie put cooked spaghetti noodles in bottom and cover with marinara sauce...then just cover with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 300 for about 10 minutes...( note you need to make sure the sauce completely covers the noodles or else the parts that stick out from underneath will harden in the oven)

Put the cooked pasta in an oven safe pan. Add the sauce. Top with shredded cheese. bake at 450 degrees until the cheese melts and browns. Watch - it can quickly go from browned to burnt.
