Best French toast
4 large eggs
4 tablespoons cinnamon (Trust me)
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
1 loaf French bread, white sandwich Bread, Wheat bread whichever you prefer I personally like to use Texas toast bread cause its thicker

in a lrage bowl combine eggs, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, ginger.
Beat with whisk till blended, slowly add milk as desired consistancy ( you dont want it to be to eggy or too runny).
heat griddle or skillet to medium to medium high heat, melting the butter in pan.
now this is tricky you dont want the bread to absorb too much liquid you just want to QUICKLY
coat both sides of your bread with the mixture.
making sure the cinnamon is nice and clumpy on top. you can also sprinkle on cinnamon while cooking. Brown both sides and serve IMMEDIATTLY.
with butter and hot syrup.
Enjoy.

Use Hawaiian Sweet Bread & top with crushed Macadamia nuts, sliced bananas & coconut pancake syrup. Uunreeaal!

Raspberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup raspberry puree
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch slices
butter
confectioners' sugar for dusting
nutmeg, for topping

In a bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon into the beaten eggs until well blended. Set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together raspberry puree and cream cheese until smooth. Make 'sandwiches' by cutting each slice of bread in half and spreading raspberry-cheese mixture in the center, then top with the other half.

Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet or griddle. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating thoroughly. Cook until well-browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar and nutmeg. Serve immediately.

buy it frozen, the best is aunt Jemima

beat eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, and milk in bowl...dip bread...cook...sprinkle with powder sugar and warm syrup.
Yummy!!!

carefully (and closely!) cut the rind of a good piece of cold brie and let it warm up to room temp
slice some fruit or get some nice clean berries
whip some cream and add some orange zest to it
make royale batter with a splash of bourbon
take some slices of fresh brioche (it MUST be brioche, and it MUST be fresh!), make a sandwich with the brie, and dip both sides in the batter - let 'em sit in it for a good 30-45 seconds. drain
toss into a hot cast iron pan with some clarified butter, and let it cook!
top with slices of fruit and whipped cream
enjoy!!

use slices of frence bread, beat eggs, milk, sugar, flavoring(of choice), spices:(nutmeg, cinnamon). Now beat this concotion,
well, then pour over bread, that has been arranged in a pan and bake, or fry in a preheated skillet, if you fry it don't soak the bread, just cover both sides quickly, so it doesn't fall apart, and fry in hot veg. oil, until golden brown and firm on both sides.
