Here is a link to the recipe. I tried to copy it here, but there was not enough room.

Also, if I can use the premade crust, do you think I will need to adjust the cooking time?
Answers: I am using the following recipe. I do not own a springform pan but I have a few prepared Keebler graham cracker crusts. Do you think I can prepare the following recipe with the prepared crusts instead of making a crust and using a springform pan. Maybe I will have to make a couple of pies With the Keebler crusts (shucks).

Certainly. In fact, most of the key lime pies that I have seen have used traditional pie dishes and crusts. Just make sure that the amount of filling corresponds with the number of crusts that you have. You might also want to watch them in the oven to make certain that thye do not become too well done.

Of course you can use the premade pie crusts. I wouldn't adjust the baking time. Just fill and bake.
KEY LIME PIE CHEESECAKE
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1 c. fresh lime juice (about 5 limes)
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
Lime slices and fresh mint for garnish
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping. Stir in the lime juice until well blended and mixture is thick and smooth. Immediately pour lime filling into pie shell.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.
you can use a pie crust out of the frozen section or you and use a grham craker crust or you can make your own in a pie dish.
Yes, I have done it, just reduce baking time. Keep an eye on it while baking.
My sister uses the same recipe and puts one in a 9x13 regualar glass dish and one in a spring form. You would need to adjust your time because I don't think you can get as much in a ready crust.
