What cookware do you prefer to use?!
Answers: It depends on what I'm cooking. I love gravy, fried potatoes, meatloaf and cornbread cooked in my old Griswold cast iron skillet. Otherwise I like the enamel coated cast iron.
Out of those two, cast iron.
The cast iron one with the porterhouse steak in it.
i like cast iron and stainless steel the best. however, i just got a hard anodized cookware set and i like it because it's so easy to clean.
What I grew up on. Either stainless steel or T-Fal (non-stick) & Pyrex (glassware). I like to always have Pyrex glassware in my house because you can not only bake with it but you can microwave with it too.
I use cast iron for stove-top coulash meals or frying food.
I have all stainless steel with copper bottoms for even heating, also a non stick fry pan, I use for eggs and cheese sandwiches, primarily.
Unfamiliar with Magnalite....

I have a cast iron fajita fl pan that I absolute love! I have cured it and let no one touch it. I can cook eggs on it and they just lift off. I love it and would like to get more cast iron pots and pans. My regular set of pots and pans are farberware. They're ok and they have lasted a long time but I prefer the cast iron.

I love the see-thru lids and the non stick insides.
I use SaladMaster the complete set.
I will use glass casserole dishes to do chicken & dressing or a cobbler.
Oh yes the well seasoned black Iron skillet.
I use this for cornbread only.
I hate microwave ovens.
I still make biscuits the old fashioned way, pancakes too.
I've never bought a mix ever !
Dam*. everyone is using my answer. A well seasoned cast iron skillet or dutch oven will cook anything you want to perfection. In Texas, we can cook a porterhouse steak and some home fries in a cast iron skillet and you will disown your family to eat with us. Throw in a tomato and lettuce salad with a little ranch dressing....you'll never go home again.
