Pasta is always easy. You can even cook it in the microwave if you don' t have a stove.
Saute a little garlic, black pepper, and crushed red pepper then throw a can of tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes( .59 cents at Krogers) and let it simmer for a few minutes. Toss with pasta and throw some already cooked and breaded chicken strips on top and you have a meal!
You can get the already cooked and breaded chicken in the freezer section of the grocery.
Always keep garlic, olive oil and black pepper on hand. You can make a meal out of anything when you have garlic. Another great college food is, of course, Ramen. I like cook Ramen with broccoli, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sugar snap peas and garlic. Just cook the noodles according to the package and throw the other stuff in while cooking. Quick and easy ( and you get your serving of green veggies)
Hope this helps!!!

paste tune sweetcorn wiv saland cream all mixed together its nice and takes 10 mins

get chicken thighs, liberally sprinkle garam marsala spice on them (Both of these ingredients will cost you less than $10), bake skin side down in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip and broil until the skin is crunchy. Viola.

** always brown your chicken
** stuff hard cooked eggs with tuna & mayo, then deck them out by putting them onto a plate with some slliced cucumber, a few radishes if you like them, or sprinkle them with chives

Ramen noodles are always really cheap. Change them up by adding ground beef to it or veggies. You can add chicken or potatoes or anything to Ramen and it's a cheap meal.
