Anyone have a chicken enchilada recipe for the crock pot?!


Question: I saw it online once and it looked so yummy but since then I have been unable to find it. It was kind of like a casserole type recipe. If you have a recipe that sounds like this I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Chicken enchiladas recipe for the slow cooker or crockpot, with tortillas, shredded cheese, and enchilada sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large can (19 ounces) enchilada sauce
6 boneless chicken breast halves
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild chile peppers
16 to 20 corn tortillas
16 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
Cook chicken and shred. Mix soup, olives, chile peppers, and onions. Cut tortillas in wedges. Layer Crock Pot with sauce, tortillas, soup mix, chicken and cheese all the way to top, ending with cheese on top.

1 large can enchilada sauce
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can sliced black olives
2 dozen small corn tortillas
1 chopped onion
1 package sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded




Directions:

Boil chicken till done then shred it. Mix soup, olives and onions. Layer crock pot with sauce, tortillas, soup mix, chicken and cheese all the way to top, ending with cheese on top. Cook on low temperature all day in crock pot.

Crock Pot Chicken Enchillada

1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
2 (20 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
12 corn tortillas, cut into quarters
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

Spray bottom of crock pot with Pam.

Pour 1/2 can of enchilada sauce on bottom.

Place a layer of tortillas on bottom.

In a small mixing bowl, mix chicken and soup.

Spread half chicken mix on top of tortillas.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.

Repeat layers.

Top with remaining tortillas, enchilada sauce and cheese.

Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.

You can add more cheese and sauce if you would like.
