Use plastic tools, wash by hand with a soft sponge, when stacking to store place a paper towel or paper plates between them. I have a set that is over 10 years old and they look good as new and they weren't the most expensive.

Only use plastic utensils & Wash with soft sponge

Do not use any metal in a non-stick pan. Also wash by hand with a soft sponge or just rinse and paper towel dry. Do not put them in the dishwasher.

You could always switch to cast iron. It is naturally non-stick.

dont use metal stuff in it

Season regularly and don't use over high heat.

non-stick coating on the pan usually fades over time. If you use wooden spoon and soft sponge for cleaning, you just extent its life but it will still fade. Non-stick coating is just like the paint on your wall, it doesn't last long. So if you want quality and durable kitchen wear, i recommend that you buy aluminum. They cost slightly higher than non-stick pans but they can last for a lifetime.
