Apart from the obvious (strawberry jam) I like peanut butter with crispy bacon. It's death on toast, but yummy.

I like alot of things with peanut butter but my favorite is peanut butter and marshmallow cream.
My answer isn't that Bizzare but....
Sliced Banana and peanut butter salad....
split the banana down the middle the long way.
spread 1 side with PB all the way from end to end.
join the banana back together. (makes a pretty coin shape with the PB down the middle)
Arrange on a bed of leaf lettuce drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy. (I like Raspberry Vinaigrette)
