Does anyone have a recipe for No-Bake Chocolate Drop Cookies?!
Now I do have a question!
Does anyone have the recipe for NO-BAKE Chocolate Drop Cookies? I know the ingredients are melted chocolate,(or it might be cocoa & milk), quick oatmeal & peanut butter! I think that's all! If any of you have a recipe like that, PLEASE send it! It was always a family favorite at Christmas, but it's been a while since I made it & the recipe was written on a scrap piece of paper, which, OF COURSE , got lost! So, I'd appreciate any recipes, like that! THANKS!
Answers: Hi! Actually, this isn't a question, it's THANK YOU! Since, apparently I can't find any other way of doing it! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Nicole H, for her Irish Potato Candy recipe! It sounds delicious & I can't wait to try it! Even though it wasn't the one I was looking for! I'd also like to thank Clare, who gave me the recipe I was looking for! I REALLY appreciate it! Also, thanks to Debi! Your recipe sound great, TOO! I really appreciate the quick response & all the help!

ms. toni6 recipe is correct except she's wrong how to boil the ingredients.
The RIGHT WAY is to s-l-o-w-l-y bring it to a slow rolling boil under low heat, after it starts a rolling boil, ( a correct rolling boil is a small boil just in the outside edge of the pot ), getting back to what I was saying after it comes to a slow rolling boil, time it for 3 minuets.
failing to do this the cookies will never get hard
Just as a little aside-these are also known as Preacher Cookies-It got it's name because it could be prepared quickly when a housewife looked out her window and saw the preacher riding up the mountain on his horse. By the time the preacher arrived, the cookies were cooling.
