This is one of my favorite stuffing recipes:

http://www.gourmet-food-revolution.com/s...

2 loafs white bread
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced celery
2 Tablespoons rubbed sage
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon pepper
3 beaten eggs

tear bread into big pieces and let dry out, Meanwhile place broth, onions, celery and sage in pot and boil for 15 minutes. Pour over bread mix well, stir in eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into greased glass bake pan and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Or you can place inside raw turkey and bake as directed for bird. Just remember to rinse turkey cavity before you place stuffing inside.
For cornbread stuffing replace 1 loaf bread for 1 pan baked cornbread

This is my homemade stuffing recipe. I usually make it with one bag of stuffing mix. In a large bowl make stuffing mix. To it add 1 box of prepared chicken rice-a-roni, one can of chicken broth, 1 diced apple, 1 diced onion, 2 diced ribs celery, 1-2 diced carotts, 1 diced potato and 1 lb.cooked pork breakfast sausage.
Mix all items together with 2 eggs. Either stuff bird or bake for 30-45 minutes.
Enjoy.

I just crumble up Saltine crackers, add a couple of eggs, hot water, turkey seasoning, and pepper. Mix all together and stuff it.
