If you want it with chips, roast it - coat it in oil and put it in a pan in a medium oven. when you stick a sharp knife in it and press lightly then clear juices will run out if it's cooked.

Otherwise, dice it, fry it until it is all white. add the sweet and sour sauce out of a jar and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes in a saucepan. Not too high a heat. Cook rice by putting in a saucepan with enough water to reach your thumb knuckle over the top of the rice.

Yum.

pound them thin, bread them, fry them and have them with chips.

u making me hungry id say sweet n sour with rice mmmmm! do a search for chicken recipes

Whip up and egg with a tablespoon of milk, dip your chicken in it and then salt well, then put in a bag with flour in it... shake well, then put in a pan with veg oil heated to med high, and fry till brown on both sides, turn down and cook through.. eat with chips.. or cut up and sweet and sour it... either is good.!

On your own eh! how i envy you.

Simple.
Tin Foil, Chicken Breast,Nob of butter

rap the chicken in tin foil like a parcel and put the nob of butter in the middle. it will give the chicken some flavour and stop it fro drying out. Pan fry it with some soy sauce...or rap it like a parcel about a glass of white wine with mushrooms :] make sure its tightly rapped.

Slice your chicken down the middle put some soft cheese (Garlic and Herb is best) in the middle and wrap bacon around it, Now put in the oven. Very tasty! Now serve with chips. Enjoy.

I would just chop it up and fry it in a pan as is and throw some season salt on it. Simple..You can add some soy sauce to it and throw over plain white rice...

Very simple!

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 1/3 cups water
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix rice and water in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, until rice is tender.
In a medium bowl, blend the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Mix in the thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, allspice, and black pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a medium baking dish, and coat with the olive oil mixture.
Place chicken in the preheated oven, and, basting occasionally with the olive oil mixture, cook 30 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Serve over the rice with remaining olive oil mixture.

don't ask me, i'm crap at cooking

i tried a gorgeous quick recipe last week.

get a chicken breast and partly slice it across creating a pocket ( like pitta bread)

then you put a bit of squashed garlic clove inside it and also put in two dairylea cheese triangles.

use two bacon rashers and wrap them around the outside of each breast and secure with cocktail sticks or skewers.

cook in the oven for about 30 minutes until the breasts are fully cooked and serve with whatever takes your fancy.
