My favorite thing that my grandma used to make is called pork chops and orange rice. Its amazing.

1. Pour as much rice into a baking dish as you would like.
2. Mix in baking dish with I believe its 1 and 1/2 cup orange juice. (it may be more, im not quite sure.
3. Brown pork chops in a frying pan lightly.
4. Place browned pork chops over the rice mixture in the baking pan.
5. Pour one can cream of: mushroom, chicken, or onion soup over the top of the pork chops.
6. Bake an 350 degrees for one hour.

I hope those directions are right, enjoy!!!!

Dip your pork chops into a mustard, lemon juice, and melted butter mixture...then into seasoned bread crumbs. Bake as usual. I usually like to drizzle melted butter over these before cooking. Makes the coating a bit more crisp.
