What would you do with.....?!
Answers: a salmon filet?
I would top it with seasoned salt, onions and garlic that have been sauted until limp, thinly sliced tomatoes (vine ripe are my favorite!), fresh chopped parsley, fresh squeezed lemon juice, some fresh ground pepper, and a couple tablespoons of white wine. Then I'd bake it at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
This is also excellent with trout!
grill it with lemon slices salt and pepper olive oil and some rosemary
When I ate salmon, I would just put it in a little bit of olive oil and let it fry for awhile. Sometimes I would add some sage or basil for taste.
You could salt and pepper it --- add some lemon, if you like that.
Marinade it in a teriyaki marinade, griddle it and serve it with rice, grated raw daikon and carrot, some grated ginger, chopped spring onion and the cooked marinade drizzled over the top.
