What am I doing wrong ?!

I would add less liquid and let them sit after coming out of the oven for at least 30 minutes.
when you ask for recipe help, please include the exact recipe you used so we can see what might be missing and describe how you assembled the food. Falling apart brownies mean there wasn't a binding agent, which could be butter, oil , or eggs. I assume they were too cakey and dry???

I use about 4 eggs in my batches of brownies.
If the eggs are smaller, then perhaps you need to add an extra half or so..
