you are probally from TN. I make the BBQ know to Man. weather it be pork chicken, beef,Buffalo, or a monkey wrench.mild or hot. served with potato salad or slaw.

Tx. or Tn

Beef TRI-TIP Sandwiches...OHHHH how I miss those!!

I like it with beans and salad, on a hoagie, to drink, well, depends on mood, but coke or root beer.

THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!

OMG.that sounds soooo gooood, I wish I could go back home to get one.

Can YOU guess where that is???

I prefer pork barbecue that I make myself because none in Central Illinois is to my liking. Of course that's only after I have exhausted the ample supple I tote home in a cooler from Texas every year. Not too creative I'm afraid; I just boil a pork roast, shred it and add my favorite barbecue sauce. In my book cole slaw is a must as is pork and beans.

I guess texas
My favorite is bbq deer, but you have to cook it right and I can cook DEER! I usually make cole-slaw, macaroni/tuna salad. and beans with brown sugar. Deviled eggs and potatos salad if I have the energy.
and I am boring, I drink diet coke all day long!
But nothing wrong with some sweet sun tea for everyone else:)
