You can cut a potato in half and float it in the sauce. It should absorb some of the saltiness.
A little sugar will also reduce the saltiness and it's not going to make your food sweet tasting either.
people say that adding sugar is the only way but I don't think that works - I tried it. You just get salty sugar taste. Maybe that would taste better to you but not to me.
I would add the potato and taste again in 5 minutes or so. If its still to salty, add more water and let it cook longer
Dedi C is right. Potato will aborb some of the salt.
Well, I have to agree with those that said to use a potato. That is the first thing I would try. If that didn't do it good enough, then I would start adding a bit of the other ingredients that don't have any salt in them to kind of "water down" the saltiness.
If I am not mistaken, primavera is a creamy sauce? That makes it a little harder, but I once added an extra can of tomato sauce and some more spices to a tomato based sauce I made that was too salty. I always use salt free tomato sauce so I can control the amount of salt more.
Best of luck, I know it can be so discouraging sometimes when you work so hard on making something and it doesn't turn out the way you want it.
Add raw other ingredients to unsalt it. I find a grated sweet apple does the trick.
Put a potato in it and it will absorb the saltiness.
Double, triple the recipe. You are hosed, throw the junk away and , lesson learned...
