Polska Kielbasa spaghetti...?!

Question: How do you think it will taste? I wanted to make traditional spaghetti but instead of using ground beef or turkey, I want to use kielbasa. Has anyone ever tried it? Kielbasa is sooo full of flavor and i thought it might give the sauce a nice little kick.

I do that all the time and it is
delicious. I slice mine first and brown it in butter, then I brown my onions/garlic/celery/seasonings
(yes I brown my seasonings, it makes all the difference in the world.) then I add my tomato sauce/wine/basil, etc.

while i like kielbasa i've never tried it with spaghetti, however and tried & proven flavor change is BOTTO'S sausage, sweet or hot. cook it before putting in the saue to simmer for about an hour.
the trouble with most kielbasa is that it still has a thick skin on it and i would imagine most people won't like having to remove that skin before eating it.
my family (which are not itialian) have been a combination of homemade meatballs and sausage for over thirtyfive years now and it's one of our favorites.
bon appatite? (don't know spelling) means happy eating
good luck.

I always add sausage (kielbasa/ground sausage/Cajun sausage) to my spaghettis recipes.

I generally fry mine up in a frying pan with a little bit of butter before I add it to the spaghetti sauce. If I use ground sausage I brown it with the hamburger meat and the two meats meet! I always brown my onion and celery and green pepper in with the meat also. The more the merrier!

i never tried or thought about it. it sounds like it would be good. let me know how it turns out please.
