Does anyone have a good baked chicken recipe?!

Question: Please, don't send me any links to other websites. I am looking for a good recipe that was made up or as good as grandma used to make. I will probably use chicken drumsticks.

I'm making chicken tonight. I cut up green pepper, onion and put some water in chili sauce and pour over the chicken.
Cook 350 until it falls off the bone. Different than your same old chicken.

I make chicken breast with garlic salt and Molly McButter. Should work with any chicken pieces.

i love baking drumsticks with cream of mushroom soup or cream of broccoli soup.

Or make a mixture of bread crumbs anddry ranch dressing mx and then bread the drumsticks.

BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN LEGS

2 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. melted butter
12 chicken legs or thighs

Combine crumbs, cheese, oregano, pepper and salt and set aside. Lightly saute garlic in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in remaining butter. Dip each piece of chicken in butter and then in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in long shallow pan. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12.

1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 (3 lb) chicken pieces

In a large roasting pan (or two 9x13 pans), in a 425° oven, melt the butter or margarine.
Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a heavy-duty plastic bag; shake chicken pieces in the bag, a few at a time, until evenly coated.
In the pan (s), place the chicken, skin side down, in the melted butter; bake 30 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces and bake 15 minutes more until pieces are fork-tender.
I usually make gravy from the de-greased pan juices, using some or all of the leftover flour and some chicken stock.

cover the bottom of pan with uncooked rice, a bit of water like 1/2 cup or so, and a can of mushroom soup, place chicken ontop. bake uncovered at 350 for about 45 min.
i not sure on time exactly so just keep checking on it.
you can add stuff in with rice mixture if you like eg. onions, peppers, broccoli, celery etc.
