Can anyone help me out by telling some good recipie of Paneer without onion and garlic??Plz its urgent...?!


Question: Shahi paneer
!/4 kg Paneer cut in cubes.
250 gms ripe tomatoes.
!/2 cup fresh cream or home made malai.
1/2 tea spoon chilli powder,
1/4 tea spoon garam masala powder.
salt to taste.
2 tbspoon of Ghee or oil
a pinch of edible colour Red (optional)

method -Grate the tomatoes.heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add the grated tomato pulp and saute it well for 3-4 minutes.
Add all the spices except cream and Garam masala powder and saute well.Add fresh cream and paneer cubes. Mix well cook for a minute or two. sprinkle garam masala powder and serve hot.

Just make your recipe and leave out the onion and garlic. It'll be lacking in authentic flavour but that's your only option.

Spinach Paneer
One big bunch of spinach (fresh green ones)
Paneer ~10 to 15 cubes
One medium sized ripe tomato
Green chillies 5, half onion~ chopped finely into small pieces
Half tsp of garlic-ginger-cilantro paste
One tsp of dhania-jeera (coriander-cumin) powder
Quarter cup cashews
Half tsp of salt

Recipe:

In a small sauce pan, heat a teaspoon of oil.

Add and saute the following ingredients in the order mentioned:

Urad dal, cumin and mustard seeds - half teaspoon each
Green chillies, slit in the middle - 4
Finely chopped onions and fresh green peas - half cup each
Dried mango (amchur), ginger(sonti) & kasoori methi- half tsp each
Turmeric, sugar and salt to taste or quarter teaspoon each
Small, bite-sized paneer cubes, about 12 to 15

At the end, add about two cups of fresh homemade yogurt. Whisk the yogurt, thoroughly mixing with sautéed spices. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve warm with chapatis or rice for a delightful meal.

yes you can make a smooth paste of tomatoes in a mixy.can also add ginger paste and green chilly paste if u like,they will enhance the taste.STEPS;take a frying pan,add oil ,add all of the above pastes .cook for 10 minutes,keep stirrinr.add salt .red chilly powder.kitchen king.add a liitle milkand curd.u can also add mewa or khoya to make a thick gravy.and finally add paneer peices .garnish with coriander leaves and whipped cream

Haryali Paneer


Ingredients:

500 gms Paneer
Coriander leaves
Rock Salt to taste
? cup Hung Curd
? tsp Chilli Paste
1? tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
? tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder


Method:
Cut the paneer in cubes.
Make paste of all other ingredients.
Coat paneer in that paste and keep for half an hour to marinate.
Put little oil on a tawa and shallow fry. You can even add little lemon juice and sugar in that paste.
