How is quick-rise yeast diffrent from regular yeast for making bread?!

Question: please explain in a little detail thanks

Answers: please explain in a little detail thanks

It digests food faster, so it realeases CO2 faster, which makes the dough rise faster. Definitely the WTG if you are baking bread.... unless you use instant yeast! (usually at Sam's or Costco) You mix it in, let it rest for 5 min, then shape into your pans! Even faster!

It's better and more 'forgiving' if you don't get the temperature of warm water exactly between 110o = 120o. It has a longer shelf life too!
