What are the little white string's in sausage?!


Question: sometimes when i cook sausage i find these little white string's and it kinda turns you off

I support Melanerd above, but I don't believe the fibrous tendons disappear whan cooked. Have you ever gotten "strings in your teeth" after eating any kind of meat, especially sausage?

it's fat

Sausage is merely ground meat. Meat has muscle and fibrous tendons in it.. Disappears when cooked.

Its fat, mentioned earlier. Part of making a quality sausage, is having a good amount of fat in it. It helps keep it moist and adds flavor too.
