It's such a beautiful day here that I will be making BBQ chicken or my special burgers. (My husband swears they are the best burgers around!) We'll be having fried eggplant with it and a nice green salad with homemade dressing. I'll probably go get some corn on the cob too.

Yesterday was our big cooking day, so there's a huge pot of leftover chili. I'm probably going to bake some potatoes and make a salad dressing, and my husband is going to make me sausage, biscuit, egg and cheese sandwiches for my breakfast for the rest of the week. And I have to figure out what to make him for lunch tomorrow.
Wait, I guess that means it's another big cooking day. :)
Chicken wraps for today, smothered in garlic mayo, fresh crispy Romain lettuce shredded, breast onions peppers and mushrooms with a good splash of Tabasco.
Lamb roast and trimmings tomorrow.
Hope you have had a fab foodie weekend.
All i am eating is turkey with gravy, some potatoes, peas, corn, carrots, and some one is making a pecan pie for dessert.
We are having Lamb with Rosemary and Thyme, New potatoes, carrots, cabbage and broccoli, gravy made with the meat juices and yorkshire puds, lovely.
I have a beef stew in the slow cooker. Earlier I did have the oven on though. I had some Amish Friendship Bread starter that was ready to bake. I made one loaf into banana bread and one into lemon poppy seed. They aren't going to last to have for dessert though! The banana bread was already cut into. Maybe I will hide the Lemon Poppy Seed for later.
