I need help. Can you help me?!

Question: My Mom told me to send her any recipe for a dessert and she would make it for Christmas. She knows what I like and what my favorites are. So I have to stay with that. I have to get it to her soon and I really don't know too much about how to go about that. Anyway I love fudge, chocolate, pecans and I love pies better than cakes. So if that helps any, do you have a recipe I can send her? HELP!!!

For a super easy fudge, start with a jar of marshmallow fluff and a bag of chocolate chips. The simple recipe for "Fanatsy Fudge" is always found on the Marshmallow Fluff jar lable.
    Bon Appetite!

i used this and it turned out great! if you dont want peanut butter in it then subsitute it with 1 tsp. of vanilla
    INGREDIENTS
    3 cups white sugar
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

    DIRECTIONS
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine white sugar, evaporated milk, and cocoa. Bring to a hard boil, and then reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking until it reaches the soft ball stage, 234 degrees F (112 degrees C).
Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Pour mixture into a buttered 8x8 inch baking dish. Cool, and cut into pieces.

Here's a short fudge recipe that doesn't require any baking:

    1 cup butter
1 pkg (12 oz. size) chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    4 cups sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)

Butter an 8" x 8" pan. Chop nuts. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a large measuring cup in the microwave. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and then add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir the melted butter and chips until blended and pour into egg mixture; stir thoroughly. Add nuts and pour into buttered pan. Chill 1 hour and cut into bite-size squares.

Tip: You may line the pan with foil and then butter it or use parchment paper for easier removal from the pan. I use a big pizza cutter to cut the fudge into the squares.

My boss loves this. Whenever I make it for the office I always give her her own stash.

    here is a recipe
    Fudge Pie
1 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs slightly beaten 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. (scant) sifted flour 1/c cup butter or margarine
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Never boil.
Add the sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a greased pie dish and bake at 350 degree oven for 25 min. Check at 20 minutes. Do not overbake, as the center should be fudgy. Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped cream.
